Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We strive to ensure that our product images accurately represent the actual product. However, due to differences in screen settings and lighting, there may be slight variations in color or appearance.

Rest assured, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they match the quality and description provided.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view and download your sales receipt from your account dashboard.

Login to your account, click on “Order History,” and select the relevant order.

The sales receipt will be available for download or print.

If you need assistance or can’t find your receipt, please contact our support team.

How can I return an item?

Order must be returned within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Damaged products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Order returned in like new condition within the 14-day period will receive a full refund less shipping or any missing items. Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for return shipping fees.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number and Form. Please call or email us to request a return authorization form which will be emailed to you. Write the RA number on your envelope, if we are unable to read your Return Authorization Number on your envelope, your return will not be accepted.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We regularly review and restock our inventory. If an item is marked as “out of stock,” it means we’re currently waiting for new shipments or supplies.

We recommend checking back periodically or signing up for our newsletter to stay updated on availability.

You can also contact us directly to inquire about estimated restock dates or to request a notification when the item becomes available.
